The reason whay it's in Swansea can be summed up in one word -
Desperation!  Since allocations of new vehicles is on stop until the end of
the Olympics, cascades are also at a stop and therefore if anything goes
bang it gets replaced by any old rubbish that just happens to be hanging
around elsewhere in the group.  A number of step floor Darts including this
one became available from Hampshire & Dorset following the opening of the
Fareham busway and Swansea drew this one in the lottery.  It was new to
Provincial.
