David, I wasn't cold, just soaked and a curry wouldn't have dried my clothing. I am now biding my time for the penny, bun and bun. Swansea xmas lights, darkness and plenty of rain.

What I think works well with these is the blurred raindrops, which really give you a feeling of how wet it was. If you used a tripod and time exposure you would lose these.
