Re: 20389 Judging by the shadows, your photo was taken late afternoon, and I'm guessing that this is the 1630 arrival in Cardiff.
Brynmawr needs to find an additional bus for the 1440 Brynmawr to Cardiff X4 journey, and if an MAN isn't available, 20389 is often allocated. 20391 and 20815 were also regularly allocated to the diagram.
