Great, I hope you have recognized that I've updated the patches. I build now
with native ffmpeg and speex under Linux.

The other things are x86_64 build fixes or fixes for the installation of the
packages.

I've written a spec file for SUSE and I will maintain qtwengophone at
http://packman.links2linux.org/ - http://packman-test.links2linux.org/ for SUSE
10.1 and 10.0.

Due the use of ffmpeg it isn't possible to maintain it on the openSUSE Build
Service:

I start writing my diploma thesis in October so I have to prepare for that. I
try to find the race condition in the imwrapper code on x86_64.
