Hello Matteo, It should be possible and not so hard to do what you want to do since the 2 framebuffers are available at the presentation level.
You need to look at how it is done right now in the code around the "wengophone\src\presentation\qt\phonecall" directory More specifically, look at the QtVideoQt::showImage function in QtVideoQt.cpp Jerome Ps: If you try put the image in an external box, a nice way to do it would be to allow the "extraction" of the video through a "detach" option (in the right click for example).
