There is a documentation about compiling wengophone and other targets

To compile owwebcam tests, you should follow these steps:
- go to build dir of wengophone repository
- type 'cmake ..'
- type 'make owwebcam-test'. This will compile the 'visu' test. This
target should be called owwebcam-visu-test BTW.
Everything should go fine and you should have the owwebcam-test
executable in build/debug
