Details:
This patch splits up the Add-ons menu into "Get" and "Remove" dialogs and
allows you to remove add-ons.
All cases appear to work perfectly, but having never published content I have
no idea if the "Config file and data folder are matching alphanumeric names
separated by underscores" standard is gospel. There's also a good share of
borrowed code in it, so please let me know if I'm unwittingly causing
undesired effects.
