I made a savegame from turn 1 of tutorial part 2,
but when loading that game, and doing a recruit
instead of recall, the game does not crash as above.

I also tried to start with the last turn of part 1,
and also got no crash.

So, I'm not sure how to reproduce it, without
playing thru the tutorial again.
