Details:

Currently the wiki (ScenarioWML page) states that [time_area] accepts a
standard location filter, but it actually only accepts x and y coordinates
(gamestatus.cpp:240). Would be nice if it was changed to actually accept a
SLF, so that for example different schedules for underground portions of a
map could more easily be defined (it's a real pain currently, because you
have to specify the coordinates of every cave hex). Of course, this begs the
question of how the schedule in a given area should behave when the
conditions filtered for (such as terrain) change mid-scenario.

In addition, it would be extra nice if [time_area] was recognized in [event]s
as well, so you could change the schedule(s) mid-scenario. Hopefully this
could be implemented at the same time as fixing the above bug.
