Unfortunately not. It is a little mystery why SVN writes these changes to
diff but does not offer any way to patch back.
That's why I split the patch into two files, one with thumbs.db ignores which
is uniform (can be processed by some script) and one with the "various"
changes which has to be applied manually. I could provide some script in a
few days...
