Follow-up Comment #2:
This feature has *always* allowed infinite recursion if it was used
improperly, and it was up to the scenario author to recognize that and to not
do that with bad WML.
The campaign in question was not mainline, and indeed has already been
fixed.
Ideally, we should prevent the possibility of infinite recursion with WML
entirely, but the severity on this item should be downgraded.
