I could not reproduce this problem in trunk.
I created an empty test scenario with one event:
[event]
name="moveto"
first_time_only="no"
{FLASH_GREEN ()}
[allow_undo]
[/allow_undo]
[/event]
So you need to further isolate the event which is causing your problem.
