Details:

As discussed with ESR on IRC--

1. if the tag remains named [primary_unit] then it would be nice to
correspond to SUF

2. however, if the SUF matches no unit but specifies x,y... then it should
most likely pass that x,y location to the event regardless

3. an alternatively, you could offer [primary_location] to take SLF

4. Something else he has been tripping over is that when you indirect through
fire_event you lose magic context variables like unit and secondary_unit. 
This is irritating and damages the usefulness of fire_event a lot. The $unit
is available in fired event... IF you specify [primary_unit]... perhaps
primary unit should continue to $unit by default?
