Details:

This was introduced with the 1.6 release. The firewall is off.

Details:
1.I select "Host Networked Game". It starts wesnothd, but the GUI returns a
"Cannot connect to host" error.
2.Process Explorer reveals that it launches wesnothd with a random port
number instead of 15000.

Desired Behavior:
wesnothd should always launch using port 15000 unless the port is already
taken. (The continuously changing port requires me to rewire my router's port
forwarding every launch, so this is a serious usability issue.)

Workaround:
Launch wesnothd externally via the Start Menu shortcut and use "Connect to
Server" instead.
