Details:
I'm using the Wesnoth 1.7.6 source tarball, from here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/wesnoth/files/wesnoth/wesnoth-1.7.6.tar.bz2/download
I installed scons and was trying to use it to build, because INSTALL says the
automake/autoconf system is deprecated. (I only went looking in INSTALL
because I didn't see a configure file...)
The libboost-regex1.35-dev package is installed (via apt; I'm running on
Debian lenny), but scons says this:
Checking for Boost regex library version >= 1.35.0... (cached) no
However, if I run autogen.sh to create configure, configure detects the boost
regex library just fine.
I didn't test with cmake.
