Follow-up Comment #2:
The bug was introduced during the creation of movement_cost_internal. The
cache (or whatever it is) is not cleared, so the movement cost for any tile
the unit has walked on is stuck for eternity, even if the unit becomes
completely different. The bug appears when advancing units, but I guess it
could also be experienced elsewhere.
