I just tried with the [text_input] in the [message] and it works for me with
ctrl-c ctrl-v (using Debian Lenny). Idem for the chat line in the lobby.
I asked another developer and it seems to be a Windows specific problem, thus
changed the report to be a bug.
The lobby chatlog has been reported before bug #5877 so that part is a
duplicate. (And that hasn't been done yet.)
