Details:
Enemy units should mainly be stationary (as is stated in some of the opening
dialogue for the level) but now they move towards you, even if they are out
of sight range. There is no way to avoid being attacked and overwhelmed in
the first few turns as the enemy patrols will wander in to the starting area
on the 2nd turn. They seem to know where you are when you start and where you
move. I played this level in past releases and the enemy did not behave in
this way before. This was seen on the hardest difficulty for the campaign.
