Details:

This will have a number of changes:

- Much faster as the parser is faster.

- Translations do not need to re-parse as we can keep the WML strings which
now properly tag themselves (or parts thereof) with textdomains. Therefore
outputting another translation just means re-generating the HTML, but from
the same input data.

- All add-ons can now be parsed independently. This allows skipping add-ons
with errors without the need for a blacklist. May also allow further speedup
since in theory only HTML for modified addons has to be re-generated.

- Robust against clobbered unit ids - it should always behave like the main
game.

- Could create a complete unit tree for each campaign if we want (including
mainline units). Eras would continue behaving like now.
