Details:
It'd be handy if [label]s could be specified as being impossible to clear or
change by players. There is a workaround (a side turn event re-setting it
constantly), but that's verbose, hacky and still doesn't prevent someone from
messing up the label for the duration of the current player's turn.
My suggested syntax would be immutable=yes|no (booleans) with "yes" as the
default for WML-created labels and player-created labels always having "no".
Of course WML events would still need to be able to change even immutable
labels to something else; the restriction should only apply to what the
players can do using the "set label" and "clear labels" commands.
