As far as I know a normal level up forces a unit type change, yes. The AMLA
level up allows choices to be made, which is what I want.
I am sure this is a hard-code issue and not just this instance. It is
probably the result of not expecting AMLA to be heavily used and subsequently
not putting lots of detailed work into AMLA. It isn't a big deal, either, but
it is a little upsetting after putting so much work into everything to be
unable to view all the units in the library.
