Follow-up Comment #3, bug #16021 (project wesnoth):
I have the same problem in 1.9.1. Eryssa is alive and the leader, but there
is no recall list and also the elves control no villages. (The drakes,
dwarfs, and Tallin all control the nearby villages.) Sisal survived. I also
notice that the Drakes and Tallin got more gold than when Sisal didn't
survive, but the elves didn't.
I'll attach the beginning of scenario.
