Details:
#1:
It looks very bad (see screenshot).
-Be in a scenario with the old 80% gold carryover system (screenshot:
scenario #2 from Delfadors Memoirs)
-Thus the text to display is so long that a scrollbar appears at the bottom.
-Hover the mouse over the scrollbar and scroll a bit with it => see
screenshot.
Moving the mouse back to e.g. the task bar tends to display the dialog
correctly again (so I guess it's something about the scrollbar and the mouse
focus).
#2: (possibly caused by the same bug)
Clicking on "close" (or clicking at all) in this bad looking dialog doesn't
dismiss it (pressing enter works).
