Details:
The bug has ben observed with a Wesnoth's textbox:
If '[message] [text_input] label=' is too long and the Wesnoth window is not
wide enough then an error message is shown (see below) and the game is ended.
It might be just a different effect of this bug:

also because the error message is identical with both bugs:
"An error due to possibly invalid WML occurred
The error message is :
Failed to show a dialog, which doesn't fit on the screen.
When reporting the bug please include the following error message :
src\gui\widgets\window.cpp:940 in function 'layout' found the following
problem: Failed to size window; wanted size 844,126 available size 694,676
screen size 896,706."
You can reproduce the bug if you run the attached scenario in a smaller
window.
a note: the textbox is very wide and doesn't reflect max_length, and so it
occupies a lot of window width.
