Details:

This patch adds a "movefrom" event that fires at the start of movement, and a
"movethrough" event that fires on each hex as the unit enters it.

As a side effect, "sighted" events will now be fired on the first hex that the
unit reaches that it can see the newly sighted units from, rather then on the
last hex of the movement.

When more than one of movethrough, sighted and moveto are fired on the same
hex, the order is movethrough->sighted->moveto.  Removing the unit in the
movethrough or sighted event will prevent it from capturing a village.

Changes to the unit's remaining movement points in the movethrough or sighted
events are honored, so a unit can be halted in its movement by setting its
remaining movement points to zero.
