Follow-up Comment #1, bug #20951 (project wesnoth):
Please launch wesnoth by passing the --log-debug=all parameter on the command
line and attach the output, so we can see where execution stops.
Since it appears it's something display related, more display related setting
information may be helpful (fullscreen ?, resolution in system
settings/wesnoth ?)
