Details:

It happens in a multiplayer and may be reproduced this way:

1. Create a 2-player multiplayer game
2. During a turn of player1, player2 pauses the game by invoking any dialog
3. player1 ends his turn and saves the game.
4. After the game is reloaded, it is the beginning of player2's turn, but his
units have no movement and no income was added to his gold.
