Details:
In version 1.11.18, the fog keeps appearing whenever it is Galtrid and
El'lsomithir's turn, and disappearing when it is Kalenz and Landar's turn.
(I believe in older versions the fog was initially present in the first few
turns for Galtrid and El'lsomithir, but disappeared for both sides when Kalenz
and Landar arrived.)
