Follow-up Comment #2, bug #24042 (project wesnoth): This happened to me: host was apparently afk for long time, then he rejoined with "nick1" (unregistered player) and told he had a disconnection. I guess probably he had some network related issue, i.e. ISP disconnection, wlan trouble, or maybe battery laptop discharge. I can't try to reproduce alone, would need a remote tester. Anyway looks reasonable that something is wrong with tcp ping timeout network setting.
I'm not sure what would happen if host was using a _registered_ nick, i guess probably server would kick the old nick when he tried to rejoin and switch host controls to second player in game (worth a check anyway). This behaviour can't unluckily get executed for unregistered people. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://gna.org/bugs/?24042> _______________________________________________ Messaggio inviato con/da Gna! http://gna.org/ _______________________________________________ Wesnoth-bugs mailing list Wesnoth-bugs@gna.org https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/wesnoth-bugs
