Follow-up Comment #8, bug #23918 (project wesnoth):
It's been confirmed as working on OS X 10.11 with the SDL2 branch, which is
why I'd marked it as fixed. SDL2 is ready for merge but not release at this
stage. I've been asked to hold off with the branch merge until the 1.13.2
release has been completed and announced, upon which point I will go ahead
with the merge.
Given this, 1.13.2 cannot support El Capitan.
