Details:
For example, if you run the wesnoth-1.13.4-win32.exe installer and select
Français, the license that gets displayed is:
LICENCE PUBLIQUE GÉNÉRALE GNU
Version 3, du 29 juin 2007.
...
Looking in the installer directory
(https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/tree/master/packaging/windows), it looks
like version 3 of the GPL is used for 3 different languages (all others are
using version 2).
