Details:
In map descriptions, the author field in the add-on manager or similar cases
like that n "&" is used, there is a message like that drooped on stderr:
20170305 16:30:36 error gui/layout: pango_text::set_markup_helper text 'Eagle
11 & Dugi' has unescaped ampersands '&', escaped them.
I think it doesn't make sense to escape them in the _sever.pbl and scenario
files.
Maybe we can hide that message in stderr?
