Follow-up Comment #2, bug #25568 (project wesnoth):
I'm building every few days, probably it was. Made today a clean build, it
didn't change.
Take a 5p game. I have a 1920x1080 screen and had the window set to 1368x768.
I also noted that if I start the same game from the beginning maximized, there
is no scrollbar and the chat below is smaller.
While if it's started in the smaller window and maximized when I did not
scroll down I do have s scrollbar (while it almost would fit without)
