I would like to remind you that we're aiming to release Wesnoth 1.1 on some 
day near 24 December.

My timeline proposal (just a guideline, we'll keep the IIRWIIR philosophy) 
would be something like:
* 7-10 December: individual developers should decide which features should be 
in 1.1 (from the ones they're working on, obviously)
* 10-17 December: implementation of the features
* 17-20 December: feature "polishing"
* 20-23 December: heavy testing, multiplayer games, ...
* 24 December: Christmas Wesnoth release
