Yes, I am for removing this basically useless option, too. It was a different
matter when the two were separate things, these days they are not and thus
deactivating it makes no sense (it would eg make more sense to be able to
deactivate multiplayer support for devices without network capabilities since
this way sdl-net would not be required, but there is no dep change without the
editor).
IMO: get rid of the option to deactivate building the editor.
