IMO it would be good to do another release soon. There have been some
important control input bugs that have been fixed (drag+drop, continue
in fog if enemy sighted, etc.).
I don't see any reason why this next one can't be a release candidate
for 1.12

I know that I have not been around for a while. Sorry for that. With the last
release there were some problems and concerns about it being too sudden and
