They are in the file because po4a sees a "link" in there and just extracts it as translatable string. No idea how much "finetuning" of po4a would be required to "mark" strings for "do not consider this one when creating the po file", for the moment this is all you can do to get clean stats: Please do just copy over the original string for those (alt+c in poedit) and you are done.
