Father, Sorry I should have got in touch with you earlier but I was bogged down by my usual work. I would suggest that the Task Force should have outsiders and probably actors like Headmasters/Headmistresses should be ex-officio members. I believe that some of the Headteachers are actually the problem. Look at Ombatini. Amb. Harold Achema, Andua Drani are some of the names. Probably we need a 7 person Task force. the Ball is in our hands.
