*Ladies and gentlemen, I salute you all**

Good Beginning*
The experiment Fr Ruffino conducted after his mass at Ewadri clearly
indicates that the ordinary villagers some of whom cannot even read and
write understand the gravity of the situation in the schools & performance
problems. I would like to encourage a broader participation of the
community.

The more we listen to people talk about the problems, the more we shall
learn about the root causes of the problems. We can analyze the problems
from the groups: We could break up attendees into small group discussion.
Compile the opinion from different groups

a) Student problems
b) Teachers problems
c) Parents Problems
d) Leadership problems
e) Education Office & Ministry of Education Problems
f) Local government problems

The idea of detailed academic research is good but the time we have seems
to be too short. This could be done as a follow up. We shall get better
participation as people are aware of the problem at hand.
*Problem Solving*
After the hearings and knowing more about the problems, we can go to the
drawing board. Look at the CAUSE <> EFFECT Relationships
Come with Policies & Procedures to fix the sickness/Illness.
