I had sent note to Dr. Modest Odama regarding the TF but haven't heard back from him. Does anyone know if Dr Modest Odama has accepted to come? He is teaching at Nkosi. I am sure he would a useful member of this Task Force (TF).
Can anyone in Kampala/Entebbe be able to call on him?
