I second the proposal of "*West Nile Global Forum for Development*" . This name was suggested by Sam a while ago. People have not commended or opposed it. May be silence means agreement, I do not know. For now, let "West Nile Global Forum for Development" be "legal" owner of these documents until we decide which way we go with our identity crisis.
