Ladies and gentlemen,

I may have been on the wrong side of the fence and sound unsympathetic.
Here are some pertinet facts. While we can pray, sympathize, whatever,

a) The said crime if at all committed is outside Uganda. The Uganda foreign
office in China has juridiction over its citizens who have problems in that
country. They are the ones to intervene in such circumstances. So does a
foreign office in any other country.

b) Trafficking narcotics is a serious criminal offence Internationally. Some
countries don't joke about this problem and deal with criminals severely&
harsely. As I had stated, the sentences range from 7-15 years, depending on
the country, and degree of offence.

c) Some of our Lawyers on this forum may know International Law, they are
the best people to investigate into this problem. I do know how much they
can help when a crime is committed overseas.

d) Let's educate our brothers, sisters and youngesters who want to do
business internationally to be extremely cautious/careful of the laws of
each country. Illegal business practice can result in long-term jail terms.
*Most countries will not tolerate foreigners getting involved in any kind of
criminal activity. First, you serve all the jail term and then deportation*
**
e) If you know of a relative, a friend or whatever, educate them to stay
away from narcotics business. It is a serious offence. If you get caught by
Interpol or local security agencies, they will handle narcotic trafficking
without any mercy at all.

f) If you don't believe or trust what I have said, I have *live examples*.
Four years ago a Jamaican woman was arrested at Heathrow Airport on
Chrismas eve, she had left 14month old baby in Kingston, she is serving 14
years in England. Right after 1979 war, a woman from West Nile was arrested
in France, she served 14 years. There are too many examples to quote.
