You got it right. West Nile net is a forum of professionals scattered all
over the surface of the globe. We share views, ideas. we have no political
affiliatitions. some people on the forum have never voted or will never vote
in Uganda in the near future. Anyone is free to join any political
organization in Uganda and excercise their civic right.
The views expressed by people communicating on this forum is to promote
development, to encourage our elected representatives  to work as a team and
be accountable to the voters. If can harness the ideas pouring from people
all over the globe, we can change the misery we see in the villages.
