Dear All, TRAGEDY AGAIN:- KKT Bus from Koboko collided with a fueal tanker this afternoon. Report reaching Kampala is that over 20 brothers and sisters from West Nile mainly from Koboko are feared dead. Details will follow. I have spoken to Arua Mayor Charles Asiki who was in another vehicle arrived at the scene when the bus and truck were up in flames. He describes the scene HORRIBLE!
