Dear, Brothers, Sisters and the entire West Nile community,
Its with deep sorrow and heart felt pain that i would like to express my sadness with the people, families of those who have lost their dear ones in yet another tragic motor accident that has claimed such a large number of lives. Its my hope and prayer that the Lord will bring comfort to these families and be there for them at this very trying moment in their lives.
