Dear All, As a result of requests from some circles, I would like to post the following details regarding the family day preparations once:
*Date/Venue* - The end of year family day will be held at Kampala Rugby Club (Behind Naguru hospital and Game Lugogo shopping mall). - It will be on Sunday 19/12/2010 starting 12 noon till late. *Contributions and mode of payment:* - Contribution per family will be 50,000/= and 20,000/= for singles. This will take care of meals for all, soft drinks, hire of play equipment for children (Jumping castles, balls and other indoor games). Hard drinks are cash bar. - To make payments through Mobile Money: Enter your name and WNFD in the reason. E.g Sam&family WNFD. - To make cash payments: Link up with Azabo Francis, Anguzu Rogers, Ejibua Sam and Afema Robert to deliver cash. - A reciept will be issued against all cash sent by MM and delivered directly. - The last date for cash contributions will be Sunday December 12th 2010 to enable planning and procurement of necessary requirements. *Definition of family;* - A family will be composed of 4 persons and less. - For every extra person within the above definition, an additional 10,000/= per head will be required.
