Dear Caleb,

This is our calling, and you have my endorsement on this. There is an urgency
to the matter and waiting for the Christmas period to meet and discuss and
reach resolution will simply delay the process. I am not sure if the Municipal
Council on its own merit has taken steps to address the matter (they cannot
remain confused and perplexed for ever!), but a court injunction to halt
development on the land while further investigations and actions follow will
be appropriate. I agree with colleagues that the legal actions should be backed
with civil society pressure and political lobbying! It is possible that there
is much more than that catches the eye.

For the green golf ground that cannot be maintained by the club members, what
can one say. May be they should privatize it!!

Regards,

Charles.
