If you are working with not for profit organization, try your luck applying for this opportunity. MAny Ugandans have come for this one month program -- many are sponsored by the Ugandan gov't while others get scholarships through the program. It is first come first served. Applications from women are given priority ---in terms of scholarships. I successfully recommended two Ugandan women in 2008 & 2009: I could try agin this year.
