To your question: If you read the information from Mr. Alaka to which I was responding, this should be very clear. I hereby copy and paste for you the most relevant part: We can all be on this forum which is interactive and informative. It has assisted us a lot. But being on this forum does not mean that we are members of West Nile Foundation.
