First a gentle correction: the name Maandera is a woman's. Thus no "Mr.
Maandera".

To your question: If you read the information from Mr. Alaka to which I was
responding, this should be very clear.

I hereby copy and paste for you the most relevant part:
We can all be on this forum which is interactive and informative. It has
assisted us a lot. But being on this forum does not mean that we are members
of West Nile Foundation.

At any rate, your question just goes to illustrate how some in this NET are
still not in the know about the membership, to say the least.
