Hello Caleb, This move is of course appreciated. However, i note that the proposed date is a work day and this may affect the attendance of some potential members due to work commitments. Unless impeded by legal provisions, i suggest that the AGM be held on Saturday July 30th, 2011 at the same venue and time.
